Thank you for visiting! I'm your trainer Dave and I've been in the fitness game for over half of my life. What started as a personal stress-buster and mental/physical resilience builder has transformed into a driver of purpose. It feeds my soul to help others on their own fitness journeys.

I'm well versed in various fitness modalities and tools such as kettlebells, HIIT, strength training, suspension training, and mace bells to name a few. You can trust that I bring a comprehensive and combined approach to our customized sessions.
I work with all ages, at any experience level, because everyone starts somewhere and everyone deserves the best version of themselves. I'm dedicated to creating a personalized plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

My journey with self-defense started with some tough encounters with street violence in my younger days, which pushed me to seek out self-awareness and self-protection techniques. Since the early 2000's, I've been training in several combatives and fighting styles. As a certified (CKM) Commando Krav Maga Instructor my goal is to effectively train you in situational awareness and how to respond to threats.

Private one-on-one fitness training offers personalized workouts tailored to your goals, abilities, and schedule. With individualized attention, your trainer ensures proper form, motivation, and adjustments to maximize results and prevent injuries. BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp fitness training is a group workout program led by your certified trainer, combining cardio, strength, and agility exercises. It's high-energy, varied, and conducted in a motivating group setting outdoors, aiming to improve overall fitness levels through challenging workouts while benefiting from nature's fresh air. Bootcamps are available at a few convenient St. Louis county locations 6 days a week with early morning, after work and weekend options!
CORPORATE WELLNESS
Corporate fitness training provides on-site workout sessions for employees, promoting team building, health and wellness within the workplace. These effective sessions focus on improving fitness levels and reducing stress in a convenient and accessible manner.
SELF DEFENSE
Self-defense training through Commando Krav Maga teaches practical techniques to protect yourself in various situations. These educational sessions focus on building confidence, awareness, and effective strategies to handle potential threats.
